Terms and Conditions - Unacceptable Booking Practices:
By using the agency on-line reservation system, Client warrants that it will adhere to and follow the airline tariffs, and, agrees that it will be liable for its failure to comply. Airline Tariffs prohibit the sale of tickets in violation of airline rules such as back-to-back, hidden city, etc. In particular, the tariff provides that a person using a ticket is entitled to transportation only via the routing designated on the ticket, and, only when all the flight coupons are presented and used in the order in which they are issued. The airlines may deny transportation to passengers found utilizing tickets in violation of the tariff, unless the difference between the fare paid and the fare for transportation used is collected. The airlines, in the interest of not creating a scene at the airport counter, and/or for expediency, may opt to let the passenger board, but then issue a debit memo and/or any other form of penalty to the travel agency whose ticket stock was used. Client agrees that the credit card form of payment used to purchase the ticket, will be charged back any fees incurred by Atlantic Pacific Travel resulting from unacceptable practices generated by Client on the online reservation system including, but not limited to, debit memos and legal or other fees incurred by Atlantic Pacific Travel.
